Day 21: The Burrito Man- a lesson in courage to be kind

How kind are we to strangers? Does it really matter if we connect with others? Carlos Guardado’s story is proof to me that kindness matters to our core.  The courage of Carlos to make his burrito cart his life’s work – dishing up a personal connection with everyone he served. A true inspiration and someone I challenge myself to be more like.
